Official Contest Rules – "Win LA Rams Premier Club Seats” Contest

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The “Win LA Rams Premier Club Seats” Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by the National Society for Athletes’ Wellbeing and Mental Fitness (“NSAWMF”). Sponsor: National Sports Association of Wellness & Mental Fitness,  [6700 Woodlands Pkwy., Suite 230-117, The Woodlands, TX 77382].

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Parents or legal guardians may submit on behalf of their minor children. Employees, officers, and directors of NSAWMF, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the National Sports Association of Wellness & Mental Fitness (NSAWMF) and its officers, directors, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or the awarding, receipt, or use of any prize.

Please Note: This Contest is neither sponsored by nor affiliated with the National Football League (NFL) or the Los Angeles Rams. Neither the NFL nor the Rams have endorsed, sponsored, administered, or in any way associated with this Contest.

 

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM PT on September 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on September 19, 2025 (“Contest Period”).

 

4. How to Enter

You may enter in one of the following ways:
a. Online Submission Form – Submit your original written or video story using the official entry form at [link].
b. Instagram Post – Post your original written or video story to your public Instagram account and tag @NSAWMF.

Stories should share:

  • Parents: Download our 6 Pillars of the Eternal Athlete Framework. Then, tell us how you could use this framework to help your child build confidence, resilience, and strength through sports, and how it’s shaped their journey. 

  • Coaches: Download our 6 Pillars of the Eternal Athlete Framework. And tell us how you could use this framework to help athletes perform at their best, on and off the field. You can post your story to your Instagram account or submit directly to our form.
     

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of entry method.

 

5. Content Guidelines

Entries must:

  • Be your own original work and not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party.
     

  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.
     

  • Not include any personal information about other individuals without their consent.
     

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules.

 

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive two (2) Premier Club seats to a pre-season LA Rams game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or prize substitutions are allowed, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Eligible entries will be judged by a panel selected by Sponsor based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance to theme (40%)
     

  • Creativity/originality (30%)
     

  • Inspiration/motivation (30%)
     

The winner will be notified via email or direct message on Instagram within five (5) business days of the end of the Contest Period. If the winner does not respond within three (3) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant NSAWMF and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display your entry, name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes without further compensation.

 

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NSAWMF, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or receipt of the prize.

 

11. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
